📦 Returns – Everything You Need to Know
If you'd like to return a product, please note the following conditions:
Products you wish to return must be reported by email and shipped back within 30 days of delivery (according to tracking).
Returns that are not registered via email or arrive after the return period will be rejected and sent back to you.
1. What items can I return?
You can return any item that is in its original condition – meaning it must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact.
2. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item , please email us a short video showing the issue.
If the mistake is on our side, we will either refund you or resend the correct item – your choice.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use or personal preferences (eg size, fit, etc.).
3. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! You can request an exchange or return by simply contacting us via email.
We'll walk you through the next steps.
4. Where do I send my return?

5. Can I combine multiple returns in one package?
Please avoid combining returns from different orders into one package.
Since we don't use an automated return system, this can cause processing issues.
To ensure a smooth return process, always send each order back separately .
6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
You'll receive the amount either:

as a store credit , depending on your selected option.
